In the framework of issuing the license for the establishment and operation of your business, we fully undertake the preparation of all the necessary studies and the processing of all the required procedures for the submission of the files to the competent services.

In the first instance, we check the suitability of your business premises and then provide all the necessary clarifications as to whether the site qualifies for its licensing. Generally, the supporting documents required are the following:

• Application
• Environmental Impact Assessment.
• Certification by the Building Service whether or not its placement in specific commitments of spatial planning.
• Area designation act (in the case of non-design building)
• Approvals from the competent archaeological services for projects that fall under the provisions of Law 3028/2002 (Government Gazette 153 A)
• Approval of Environmental Terms (if any)
• Geotechnical consultant report (depending on the type of activity)
• Topographic diagram dependent on the state co-ordinate system (ERA 1987) and coverage chart, in accordance with applicable standards for all categories of livestock installations. Army Geographical Service Map 1: 5,000 marked with the location of the facility.
• Designed architectural designs, in accordance with relevant and parallel relevant legislation.
• Fire protection certificate
• Estimated fees
• The proof of submission of the notification together with the body copy of the notification.
• Shop layout that clearly shows the store's premises with the sm. including sanitary facilities for disabled persons.
